We understand that wether you are a traveller, or you have moved to Poland, navigating the polish health care system may be daunting. At Medalio the aim was to always give the patient an advantage in dealing with the hardships of being in a foreign country. The language barrier no longer exists as the whole website is fitted for the use by an english speaker.
Is it possible to get a e-Rp or house doctor visit if Im a tourist
Although e-Rp have been introduced to Poland a few years ago, there still can be some technical difficulties with obtaining this online. When you are not local and registered in the system with the Polish PESEL number, doctors dealing with your request can still provide e-Rp, however they generally need to be in paper form. In that case a doctor can carry out a house call to your location and provide the necessary documents. If you are insured check with your travel insurance regarding any refunds. In order to obtain a refund we do provide a report.
